technical employess from after sales service with import/export tasks as well as sale and purchasing (industry and service sector)

Short description of the project:
the course should help to understand german product instructions, beginning with general conversation and later specialised continuation to A2 and B1-Level


EURES NETWORK

 

Countries of project partners:
27 EU member countries as well as Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway

Focus of the project: support for employers in recruitment of employees from other European countries. Consulting on further EURES support provisions, including financial support.

Target group:
German employers and foreign job seekers

Short description of the project:
EURES is a cooperating network intended to facilitate free movement of labour in the 27 countries of the EU as well as Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The network consists of the European Coordination Office (ECO), the National Coordination Offices (NCO), the EURES members, including the public employment services, and the EURES partners.
Partners may include private placement services, trade unions, employers’ associations and other stakeholders in the employment market.


NeFa - South Thuringian Network for recruiting qualified employees

Countries of project partners:
Ukraine, Vietnam

Focus of the project:

  • building up, establishing and extension of a network for recruitment and placement of qualified employees and apprentices for the region of South Thuringia
  • finding reliable partners in the respective countries and building up with them networks for acquisition and placement of qualified workers

Target group:
Small and medium size enterprises as well as micro-businesses in South Thuringia within the following industries: processing trades, particularly the construction industry, metal, electrical and engineering industries as well as the plastics processing industry. The second target group are qualified workers who want to carry on an occupation in South Thuringia and also young people that want to complete a dual training programme in Germany, particularly in Thuringia.

Short description of the project:
This project is supported by the Land of Thuringia (Free State of Thuringia) funded by the European Social Fund.
The project facilitates the establishment of a network for acquisition and placement of qualified workforce in the region of South Thuringia. The aim is to bring together and concentrate in this network the numerous different offers in the process of acquisition and placement of foreign qualified workers.
Building up a network for acquisition and placement of foreign qualified workers includes finding reliable transnational partners und establishing networks with them in the potential countries of origin.
Interested persons shall be informed on the opportunities and chances of being recruited for employment or vocational training.


PrIMA – internship, integration, mobility, stay abroad

Focus of the project:

Implementation of an accompanied 2-month internship abroad - including preparation and follow-up, as well as coaching and placement in training / work in Germany

08/2015 – 12/2021

Target group:
job-seeking young adults (NEETs) between 18 and 35 years old

Short description of the project:
The project begins with an 8-week preparation phase to provide the participants with intercultural/language skills for the stay abroad and to counsel them in their professional orientation. Afterwards, the young adults travel abroad together with pedagogical experts to gain professional experience and organise everyday life far away from their familiar environment. At the end, there is an 8-week follow-up phase in which the gained experience will be evaluated and the future prospects of each participant will be worked out in an individual setting.


HeCoN – Health Competences for NEET ‘s

Focus of the project:
Strategic partnership to develop the health literacy of NEETs in Europe including the development of a tool box for (pedagogical) professionals to support them

Target group:
NEET’s = Neither in Education, Employment or Training

Short description of the project:
The project aims to strengthen health awareness and develop appropriate health competences for NEETs in Europe. Therefore, the three partner countries exchange ideas about the living environments and needs of NEETs in order to be able to strengthen the young adults in a targeted manner and to drive changes forward. The focus is on nutrition, physical exercise and mindfulness. Within various transnational partner meetings, inputs will be worked out in order to be able to provide a tool box for (pedagogical) professionals to train NEETs.
